São Tomé and Príncipe is known as one of the best cocoa-producing regions in the world. This is due to its high-quality cocoa, traditional farming methods, and the unique volcanic soil. Since 2023, the cocoa from this region has won an award for the best chocolate. Additionally, the farming system used here is recognized as an Important World Agricultural Heritage System (SIPAM).

At the time of purchase, a contract of sale is signed between the parties, which sets out the agreed-upon clauses and procedures that will govern the transaction.
